Unattended consultations in December at the surgery

December was not a good month for the number of wasted consultations at the surgery.

These were all booked by patients who did not turn up for their consultations(DNAs).

• 25 GP consultations (Almost 6 hours)
• 7 Nurse Practitioner consultations (Almost 2 hours)
• 41 Practice Nurse consultations (Over 11 hours)
• 38 Health Care Assistant consultations (Over 8 hours)
• Total consultations 111 (Over 27 hours)

Please remember to cancel any appointment you no longer require or are unable to make. We can always offer these to other patients if we are given sufficient notice.

Appointments are in great demand as I am sure you are aware, if we can reduce the number of those not used, we can help you.
