Unattended consultations in November at the surgery

November was not a good month for the number of wasted consultations at the surgery.

These were all booked by patients who did not turn up for their consultations (DNAs).

• 22 GP consultations (Over 8 hours)
• 5 Nurse Practitioner consultations (Over 1 hours)
• 44 Practice Nurse consultations (Over 10 hours)
• 45 Health Care Assistant consultations (Over 6 hours)

Total consultations 116 (Over 25 hours)

Please remember to cancel any consultations you no longer require or are unable to make. We can always offer these to other patients if we are given sufficient notice.

Unattended consultations in Darlington Primary Care Network 

October was not a good month for the number of wasted consultations across Darlington GP practices.

These were all booked by patients who did not turn up for their consultations (DNAs). The figures are town wide from all 11 GP practices within the Darlington Primary Care Network.

• 123 hours of GP time costing estimated £10,032
• 45 hours of Nurse Practitioner time costing estimated £1,362
• 203 hours of Practice Nurse time costing estimated £4,073
• 105 hours of health care assistant time costing estimated £1,267
