The Telephone System

Based on patient feedback we are making improvements to our telephone system. We are switching from our current telephony provider and are working with the new provider to configure what the new system will look like. We are also training our staff on the new system and are confident that the change will benefit both our patients and our staff. Technical work is going on in the background and we are aiming to go-live with the new system on 13th September. We are hoping for a smooth transition, however, as with any change of this nature there may be some technical glitches as well as staff adapting to the new system - we hope that you will bear with us during this transition.
We are confident that the change will be a major improvement on our existing telephony system.
